Terms of Sale

The owner of the e-store miapagar.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is Mia Pagar OÜ (registration number 14200518), located at Artelli tn 7, Kristiine district, Tallinn, Harju County, 10621, phone 5816 1375,info@miapagar.ee.

Selectdity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of purchase apply when buying goods from the E-Store. The prices of products sold in the E-Store are indicated next to the products. All prices for goods sold in the E-Store are in euros. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the E-Store.

If a courier service is desired for the delivery of the order, a fee for the delivery of the goods will be added to the price. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Placing an Order

To order products, you need to add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required fields and choose a suitable method for receiving the products. The total amount will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

  • In addition to Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut), we also offer bank links from the Baltics and Finland.

  • Bank transfer based on the invoice.
    Note! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the button “Back to the merchant” on the bank’s page.

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the E-Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, it occurs in the secure environment of the respective bank. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card information. The contract comes into effect upon the receipt of the payment due in the E-Store’s bank account.

The owner of the E-Store is the data controller and transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount will be refunded promptly, but no later than 7 days after the notification is sent.

Delivery

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:

  1. Pick up the goods in person and collect the order from the café owned by Mia Pagar OÜ (Küver Street 5, Nõmme District, Tallinn, Harju County, 11621according to the café’s opening hours and prior arrangement.

RETURN POLICY AND CLAIMS

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (including food products, beverages). If the goods clearly do not meet the agreed conditions, the Seller must be notified immediately by sending a complaint along with photos to the email address: info@miapagar.ee. If a company error is identified, we will exchange the product for an equivalent item or refund the amount paid for the product at the customer’s request.

The e-store is responsible for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery. The buyer has the right to contact the e-store regarding any defects within 24 hours by sending an email to info@miapagar.ee.

The e-store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. If the goods purchased from the e-store have defects for which the e-store is responsible, the e-store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the e-store will refund the buyer the amount paid for the defective goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order before the delivery date and receive a refund within 5 business days. Orders can only be canceled on business days and no later than the day before the delivery date at 12:00 PM, by calling the café at +372 5816 1375 or via email info@miapagar.ee. Late requests for order cancellations will not be accepted.

PERSONAL DATA

The personal customer data disclosed during the ordering process and purchase from the e-store will be treated as confidential information.Mia Pagar OÜWe do not disclose customer personal data to third parties without the customer’s consent. Customer personal data is used for the delivery of ordered products.
